Immunization Exclusion Day Reminder - Friday, October 16

Immunization Exclusion Day is Friday, October 16. Please make sure your child’s required immunizations are up to date before that date.

If your child needs immunizations, you can:

*Contact your child’s primary care provider.
*Visit the Wayne County Health Department at 100 S. 5th St. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; the second Monday of each month, until 7:00 p.m.; and the first Saturday of each month, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Call 765-973-9245.
*Visit the RHS Meridian Clinic at Door 38 on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Call ahead at 765-756-5100.
*Visit the immunization clinic at RCS Title I Family Night on Monday, October 12, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the Richmond High School Career Center. Enter through Door 37 or Door 45.
