Facilities

The RCS Facilities Department is located at the Warner Maintenance and Adult Education Building, 302 N. 7th Street, in the historic downtown depot district.  The department is the hub for all renovations, facility use, shipping and receiving for the district, and buildings and grounds care and maintenance for all buildings and property owned and operated by Richmond Community Schools. The department also oversees all environmental concerns that would have an adverse effect on staff and students of RCS. The department is responsible for nearly 1.4 million square feet of building and 113 acres of associated grounds. The department is home to forty-one environmental service workers, five general maintenance workers, and three specialized maintenance workers.
