Dear RCS Families,
Immunization Exclusion Day is Friday, October 16. Please make sure your child’s required immunizations are up to date by this date.
If your child needs immunizations, you can:
- Contact your child’s primary care provider.
- Visit the Wayne County Health Department at 100 S. 5th St. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; the second Monday of each month, until 7:00 p.m.; and the first Saturday of each month, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Call 765-973-9245.
- Visit the RHS Meridian Clinic at Door 38 on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Call ahead at 765-756-5100.
- Visit the immunization clinic at RCS Title I Family Night on Monday, October 12, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the Richmond High School Career Center. Enter through Door 37 or Door 45.
