CogAT Testing for Non-RCS Students

Non-RCS families who are interested in High Ability testing should contact Hibberd Program Building at 765-973-3488. This is for students in incoming grades 3-8 who would like to be considered for the Logos High Ability Program housed at Hibberd. Please call to be added to the list by March 24, 2023. Testing will take place following Spring Break.

Public Records Request

Please fill out the Public Records Request Form and return it to the Human Resources Department in the Administration Building. 765-973-3300

Media or individuals wanting access to public records or other public information from Richmond Community Schools must do so in writing, specifically stating the desired records. Richmond Community Schools follows the provisions of the Indiana's Access to Public Records Act.

Indiana Code § 5-14-3-1 states “...it is the public policy of the state that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts of those who represent them as public officials and employees. Providing persons with the information is an essential function of a representative government and an integral part of the routine duties of public officials and employees, whose duty it is to provide the information."
