RCS announces Shelly Swain as 2024 Teacher of the Year

The Richmond Community School District has named Shelly Swain, a teacher at Starr Elementary School, as the recipient of its Teacher of the Year Award.

This annual award recognizes an outstanding teacher in Richmond Community Schools for their excellence in teaching, dedication to students, and contributions to the Richmond community.
