Dear RCS Families,
Immunization Exclusion Day is Friday, October 16. Please make sure your child’s required immunizations are up to date before this date. If you have questions about your child’s immunization status, contact your school nurse.
If your child needs immunizations, you can:
- Contact your child’s primary care provider.
- Visit the Wayne County Health Department, 100 South 5th Street. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; the second Monday of each month, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; and the first Saturday of each month, 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Call 765-973-9245.
- Visit the RHS Meridian Clinic, Door 38, on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. You must call ahead at 765-756-5100.
- Attend RCS Title I Family Night on Monday, October 12, from 5–7 p.m. at the RHS Career Center, Doors 37 or 45. Immunizations will be available during the event!
