The board believes in full and open discussions and full disclosure of board meetings.  We provide access to our board meetings in a number of different communication methods:

• Board meetings are open to the public and held at the RCS Administration Building, 300 Hub Etchison Parkway, Richmond, IN. Unless otherwise noted, business meetings start at 5:30 p.m.
