Welcome to Richmond Community Schools! A collaborative learning community that guides students on pathways to a future of limitless possibilities. To become a professional learning organization is our charge. Although adversity has tried its to defeat us. The spirit of the city and the selfless service of our teaching staff has allowed our students to stay on course and achieve at higher levels. Because our students deserve the very best. We refuse to remain stagnant. By being intentional with quality classroom teaching and aligned in our organization systems. We've already experienced increases in student achievement at our elementary levels and have laid the groundwork for secondary secondary schools to follow. Ensuring inclusive environments to which every child can be successful is a must as we move into the 2023 to 2024 school year.

Our corporation's strategic goals are student-centered and were created to holistically meet the needs of our students. Through resiliency and strategic planning, we will continue to accomplish the goals we set out to achieve.

As we continue to renew and reimagine Richmond Community Schools, rest assured in knowing that our schools are filled with compassionate, caring, and effective educators who are working hard to elevate outcomes for our students. Our leadership model offers wrap-around support so that building-level administrators can lead without fear. Feeling empowered to adapt, adjust and overcome. With over 100 community partnerships, 42 extracurricular activities, and the county's best high school course offerings, Richmond Community Schools has something for everyone.
