New to Richmond Community Schools for the 2026-2027 school year?
- Complete the New Student Pre-Enrollment Form
- Schedule New Student Registration at School of Enrollment
- Gather Required Documents ahead of New Student Registration (Please See Below)
Required Student Documents
1. Student Identification (one of the following):
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Adoption Records,
- Social Security card
- or any other legal document that establishes identity
2. Proof of Residency (one of the following):
NOTICE: Proof of Residency MUST be provided at the time of enrollment and include the parent or guardian's name and address within the Richmond Community School District.
Documentation may include such items as:
- Current utility bill (electric, water/sewage)
- Telephone bill
- Tax return
- Bank/mortgage statement
- Rental/lease agreement
- Medical bill
PLEASE NOTE: A driver's license is NOT acceptable as proof of residency.
3. Current Immunization Records
Students must be up to date on all required immunizations unless otherwise provided by a valid reason of exception.

Returning Student Registration for Grades K-12
(Students who completed the previous school year at Richmond Community Schools)
Returning to Richmond Community Schools for the 2026-2027 school year?
Returning students must complete online registration before their first day of school. Once completed, parents will not have to come to the campus unless notified by the school of school.
